Church Leadership

In general, the Elders have the oversight responsibilities of Crosspointe Church. This includes both spiritual and operational matters. The Ministerial Staff (operating under the guidance of the Elder Body) is responsible for the day to day operations and functions of the church and its various ministries. Elders are God designated, ordained and responsible as the earthly “shepherds of the Flock”. They are servant leaders. Selected by Christ, elders are called for a lifetime of service and provide the full range of pastoral care.
