The CrossPointe Church Elders are called, ordained, servant leaders who provide spiritual leadership, overall-oversight, and service to the church with an strong emphasis on shepherding & pastoral-care. The CrossPointe Church Ministerial Staff are called, ordained, servant leaders who provide spiritual leadership and service to the church.  They have responsibility for the day-to-day operations and functions of the church with its various ministries.  The Elders and Ministerial Staff work in harmony to demonstrate servant leadership to the people.
