The CrossPointe Church elders are called, ordained, servant leaders who provide spiritual leadership, oversight, and service to the church with a strong emphasis on shepherding and pastoral care. The CrossPointe Church ministerial staff members are called and ordained servant leaders who provide spiritual leadership and service to the church. They have responsibility for the day-to-day operations and functions of the church with its various ministries. The elders and ministerial staff work in harmony to demonstrate servant leadership to the people.
