Mike Nevin has been attending CrossPointe Church for six years and now serves as one of the Elders. He is retired from the US Army having served as an Engineer and Infantry Office and being qualified as an aviator. His passion is to serve our Lord Jesus Christ in international missions. He’s made numerous trips to Central America and Haiti to help with bringing safe drinking water to people who don’t have it. He is very active in a “village transformation” in Campion, Haiti where CrossPointe has partnered with the Smyrna Evangelical Church to help people in desperate need of the Gospel and to meet their physical needs. He wants to be instrumental in the church achieving its vision of “developing devoted disciple of Jesus Christ, by loving God, loving others and serving the world”.
