Fall Picnic

Enjoy an afternoon with your church family at the Fall Picnic. Cost is only $5 per family with your RSVP. The fun is from 2:00 – 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 27. Inflatables for the kids, along with games and activities for all ages. Hamburgers, hotdogs and all your favorite sides will be provided. Operation Christmas Child

Return shoeboxes by Sunday, November 11

A small shoebox can have a big impact. Be a part of changing children’s lives all over the world in Jesus’ name through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child. Call to Africa Mission Trip to Uganda, Africa

January 15 - 26, 2019

Join Call to Africa as we travel into Uganda January 15 - 26, 2019. We need Bible teachers, children's ministry workers, and construction help for spreading the Gospel. $2650 covers flight and in country expenses. Guatemala Mission Trip

February 16 - 23, 2019

More than 840,000 are estimated to die each year as a result of unsafe drinking water, sanitation, and hand hygiene. You can help with this problem by joining the mission team going to Guatemala February 16 – 23, 2019. Individual cost of $1760 covers all transportation, meals, and lodging. Campion, Haiti Child Sponsorship

August 2018 - July 2019

In Haiti 50% of primary school age children are not enrolled in school. One third of girls over the age of six never go to school. Approximately 30% of children attending primary school will not make it to the third grade. Over 60% will abandon school by sixth grade. Sponsors of children at the school are making a difference in children’s lives. Your sponsorship of $40 a month provides teachers, books, uniforms, a meal five days a week, and a visit by a nurse once a week. To sponsor a child, contact Candy Nevin at cnevin@cpcfamily.org. Downtown Rescue Mission Meals

1st and 4th Sundays | 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Downtown Rescue Mission Meals will be served by CrossPointe Church the first and fourth Sundays of each month from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at the Downtown Rescue Mission in Huntsville. New Ladies Bible Study starting on Sunday, October 21 at 6:00 pm in room W-13. Don't Make Me Count to Three - Ginger Plowman encourages and equips moms to reach past the outward behavior of their children and dive deeply into the issues of the heart. Ginger's candid approach will help moms move beyond the frustrations of not knowing how to handle issues of disobedience and into a confident, well-balanced approach to raising their children. Class led by Paula Morey.

Fields of Faith

Tuesday, October 23 | 6:30 pm

Fields of Faith is a student led event sponsored by FCA. Students invite, pray for, share with, and challenge their peers to read the Bible and follow Jesus Christ. BJHS football field provides a neutral, rally point where a community can come together on Tuesday, October 23 at 6:30 pm.

Redneck Halloween

Wednesday, October 31 | 7:00 pm

Redneck Halloween is our alternative to traditional Halloween celebrations and is scheduled for Wednesday, October 31 at 7:00 pm. It is a Christ-centered event which will include a costume contest, food, and other fun activities. Please encourage your student (6th – 12th grade) to dress like a Redneck and to bring a friend, too, who might want to experience some good, clean fun. **Please note the later meeting time, after your student Trick or Treats you can bring them up to church for a fun night.

Pizza Every Wednesday Night

Wednesday | 6:00 pm

CPC Students will now offer Pizza Every Wednesday Night from 6:00 – 6:30 pm. Pizza is $1 per slice. Parents bring them from practice or rehearsal, and let dinner be taken care of. It will be first come, first serve.

Passion Conference

Wednesday, January 2 - Friday, January 4, 2019

2019 Seniors and College students join us for a life changing weekend at Passion Conference from Wednesday, January 2 – Friday, January 4. Passion is more than a conference. More than an event. More than a feeling. Passion is you and me saying goodbye to lesser things and saying yes to Jesus, the One whose name is above every name. Cost is $160 plus money for meals. Registration form is due by October 1 with a $50 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Registration forms can be found at the Student Center kiosk and on the CPC Students Ministry APP.

Baby Dedication is held in January and September during both Sunday morning services. This is an opportunity for parents to acknowledge their little one as a true gift from God.

Do you have a heart for children and are looking for a place to serve? Come join the cpcKids Team. You can help pass faith and hope on to a future adult by changing the world one child at a time. We’ve made this stress free and requires very little of your time. All class lessons and materials are completely prepared for you. Not a teacher; we need helpers, greeters, AV techs and many others. cpcKids and Missions

Campion School

cpcKids is partnering with the CrossPointe Missions Team to spread the Gospel in Haiti. Each week the children have an opportunity to give an offering that is given to this ministry as well as participating in on-going projects such a letters, pictures, and donations to bless the children at the Campion school.
