Kids For Christ

KForC is the Sunday school class designed especially for fifth and sixth graders. Preteens love technology and choices and this class gives them both. This class meets second hour (10:45 AM) only.

Calendar

Quantum Leap Meeting Times

Sunday Mornings

Children’s Church – Sundays during both services, 9am and 10:45am.

Nursery – Available to the smallest of God’s children. Our nursery is staffed with loving people who will take extra special care of newborns, toddlers and two year olds.

Sunday Evenings

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another.” – 1 Peter 4:10

“Faithful Servants” – 6pm – 7:30pm Sunday Evenings. “Faithful Servants” is designed to promote children’s awareness for people beyond their immediate circle. Our prayer is that these children will recognize and embrace the importance of serving someone else. Our goal is to challenge their minds and inspire their hearts to use their gifts to touch someone else with God’s love. Children are divided into small groups where they will explore the endless possibilities of serving others.

Wednesday Evenings

“Approved workman are not ashamed.” – 2 Timothy 2:15

We believe that the AWANA program helps a child build a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. AWANA meets Wednesday evenings 6pm – 7:30 pm in the gym. Our desire is to partner with parents to inspire and encourage the children who begin a journey of servanthood for our King.

Seasonal Events in Quantum Leap

Hay Bale! Hey Day! – Annually, in lieu of Halloween, Quantum Leap hosts an alternative. We come together as a community for fellowship and fun with Hay Bale! Hey Day! We invite the church family and community to enjoy a Trunk or Treat for kiddies and inflatables and food for the young at heart!

Annual Easter Egg Hunt – Thousands of eggs are hidden in the field for children to marvel at and find. The Resurrection story of our Savior is shared with the children as they munch on cookies and juice.

Fall Programming Kick-Off – Food, fun, games, inflatables! All can be found at our annual sign-up night for our Fall Program, AWANA. Parents can bring their children and get them signed up for AWANA, and enjoy the fun and fellowship with new and old friends!

Vacation Bible School – Many of us would agree that it just wouldn’t be summer without VBS! Every year we choose a themed curriculum and invite the whole community to join us as we learn about Jesus and His love for us through, drama, crafts, games, singing, stories, and of course… SNACKS!
