Week 10 - The Book of Esther
Sep 9, 2021 • Mark Langner
The year is 483 B.C. King Xerxes is in his third year of reign in the Persian Empire. God's chosen people have been scattered: some returning to the promise land, some remaining in exile. A plot to kill those in exile has been formed. God's chosen people are questioning whether they have forfeit God's covenant promises to Abram and David by remaining in exile, or if their God will save them.
Listen and rejoice with us as we see the sovereign hand of God hold fast to His promises as He saves his people through the lives of Esther, Mordecai, Haman, and King Xerxes.
