Missions


Missions is integral to our church. We take the Great Commission seriously by putting the Word of God into action as we strive to develop devoted disciples of Jesus Christ and disciple-makers for Jesus Christ. CrossPointe Church's vision is to be a church that projects the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the local community, growing and building into a regional church serving North Alabama and beyond.

Campion

Have a heart for Haiti with limited food, education, and medicine? We are blessed to help those in need with our partnership with Campion. We get to spread the word of Jesus! We need your help. $45 a month to sponsor a child to provide basic essentials. 

Local Missions

CASA

Care Assurance System for the Aging and Homebound gives older, homebound adults ways to maintain independence, dignity, health, and safety by building wheelchair ramps while meeting the emotional and spiritual needs of the beneficiaries.

HPRC

The Huntsville Pregnancy Resource Center (HPRC) is a Christian non-profit pro-life organization that offers free pregnancy-related assistance. HPRC offers free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, pregnancy and parenting classes, and compassionate counsel to those facing pregnancy-related decisions.

Downtown Rescue Mission

The Downtown Rescue Mission supplies food, lodging, and spiritual support to the homeless of Huntsville and nearby communities. CrossPointe women share the love of Jesus during the Night at the Movies on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Downtown Rescue

The Downtown Rescue Mission is active in supplying food, lodging, and spiritual support to the homeless of Huntsville and nearby communities. CrossPointe helps serving food at the Downtown Rescue Mission the first and fourth Sundays of each month.

Downtown Rescue Meals

Downtown Rescue Mission Meals are served by CrossPointe Church ladies at the Owen’s House first and fourth Sundays of each month. For more information on how to get involved contact Denise Crosby at crosbyconnections@att.net.

Rose of Sharon

The Rose of Sharon is a soup kitchen that offers meals and supplies to the homeless of Huntsville with the mission to transform people into the image of Christ and glorify Him in their daily Christian walk. Bible studies, teaching, and inner healing are vitally active parts of this process.

Gideons

As a united force for the Gospel, Gideons remain rooted in tradition, but operate under the firm belief that anyone can be a valuable asset to this invaluable cause. Gideons provide many opportunities to partner with us through either prayer or financial support.

Friends of CrossPointe Church

WayFM

The WayFM is the place to stream Christian music you want to listen to and get the heads up on great prizes and concerts in your area. Be part of a community of listeners, interact with the music, talk to the show hosts, and encourage each other.

MBA

The Madison Baptist Association (MBA) is composed of over 90 local churches that partner together to carry out the Great Commission by equipping church leaders, consulting with churches, involving churches in ministry and missions locally, nationally, and internationally, and helping churches reach their communities for Christ.

CGM

CGM is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian community organization located in the Washington Park community. With our network of donors and volunteers, we hope to not just help a few students beat the odds, we hope to change the odds for them and future generations.

Crosswinds Foundation

The Crosswinds Foundation was established to assist those who are interested in engaging the cultural shifts that are occurring in our world. Crosswinds provide consulting services, publications, curriculum, and presentations to churches, educators, professional societies, policy makers, civic groups, and other organizations and individuals interested in cultural issues.

Faith Racers

Faith Racers is a Motocross ministry that holds trackside church gatherings at motocross races around the southeast to share God's message of hope and to be a light to all through the way they live. Their ReFuel fund helps distressed motocross families in times of need and their Faith Racer Moto Camp is designed to teach rider technique, but more importantly the spiritual, mental and physical aspects of life.

Doulos

Doulos Partners concentrates on evangelism, discipleship, and church planting, around the world in 19 countries: Cuba, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Vietnam, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe by partnering with missionaries in each country to spread the Gospel. They support missionaries through salary, theological training, prayer, and sending short-term mission teams.

MAF

CrossPointe supports Joey and Kathleen Martin of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). Joey, a pilot/mechanic for MAF, spends many hours flying doctors, missionaries, pastors, and all types of cargo all over eastern Congo to the most remote areas in need of supplies and the Gospel.

FCA

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is the largest interdenominational school-based Christian sports ministry in America. FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering, and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ, especially through the influence of athletes and coaches. Northeast Alabama FCA serves campuses and individuals throughout Madison, Marshall, Cullman, Jackson and Blount counties.

Helping Hands

Helping Hands supports individuals seeking work by providing them, food, clothing, and the Gospel at day labor sites; ministering God's love and comfort. Helping Hands goes out weekly on Fridays from 6:00 - 7:00 AM.

Ephesians

As an evangelistic outreach of the Church, we believe in The Great Commission and we engage in personal and corporate evangelism to this end. We believe that we are called to do our part in helping equip fellow Christians to share their faith effectively and biblical by providing classroom and on-the-street training.

TASK

TASK (Tangible Act of Service and Kindness) is a ministry of CrossPointe Church that serves the community and demonstrates God's love by cleaning up our adopted mile.

International Missions

Call to Africa

Call to Africa partners with local leaders and pastors in Uganda and Botswana to establish healthy godly community through Christ-centered churches, clean water, child education, feeding centers, medical clinics, and adult vocational training. Its "Sarah and Joseph Foundation" ministers to the widows and orphans of the African communities.

Haiti Good News Mission

Haiti Good News Mission is a nondenominational Christian ministry based in Cap-Haitian, Haiti. Founded in June 2012 under the leadership of Pastors Lyvinx Joseph and Judelin Joseph, the mission focuses on spreading the Gospel in North Haiti with the long term goal of improving health and education for remote villages. A mission house is available to support Christian mission teams working in Haiti.

Living Water International

Living Water International demonstrates God's love by providing clean water and "living water" to communities desperately needing a tangible touch from God. More than 780 million people in the world lack access to safe drinking water. Since its inception in 1990, Living Water International has completed more than 11,260 water projects in 23 countries. Living Water International leads hundreds of volunteers on mission trips each year, working in communities under local leaders.

Potters House

Piloiu Horatiu Emanuel and his wife Gina founded the Potter's House in in Sebes, Romania in 2008. Formerly a pastor of another church for about 10 years, Emanuel heard God telling him that church is more than preaching, so he started the Potter's House in a difficult neighborhood. The Potter's House is now about 50 people and their goal is to have about 10% of the 9,000 people in their neighborhood attend the church.
